Andreas Pinarello roadbike complete
Pinarello is a brand that everybody that is into roadbikes adore. It represents the Italian spirit in its fullest. This is Andreas’ third build after a carbon racer and this Rossin tight track that we build for him in our first year. Check here.
The frame was bought off a forum by Andreas but it had some scratches and chips in the paintjob. We restored and repainted it. We also laced a pair of Ambrosio Excellight 28 hole rims on Ambrosio Zenith hubs and added a touch of class with the light blue Sapim nipples dressed in Conti Gatorskin 25c tyres. The groupset is a Campagnolo Veloce 2 x 10 with Athena skeleton brakes. For cockpit we chose a Gran Compe quill stem with the massive Nitto NAS M106 handlebar, heat treated and all with a sexy curve and flat surface right before the hoods. Seat is using a post by BLB 27,2 and a Fizik Arione saddle. And before you ask these sexy bottle cages are Velo Orange Moderniste.
A great fast but relaxed bike full of vintage Italian flare.
Andreas you nailed it again!
