Shipping & Returns

If you are not happy with your new products purchased at 48×

1. To complete your return, you need the original receipt or proof of purchase (gift card, etc.). To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Some items are excluded from return, perishable items such as magazines, zines, food, gels, liquids (oils, washing liquid), tools, etc.
3. If the product is a garment that does not fit properly, you have up to 10 days to return it and have the correct size sent to you.
4. If the product is a bicycle part or accessory, you have up to 12 days to return it: only unopened, unfitted and unused products are accepted. We are not responsible for any incompatibility between products purchased, this rests solely with the buyer.
5. Free shipping on domestic returns (within Greece) for purchases over €250. For purchases under €250 customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For overseas returns customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (if returning from overseas, please specify that your parcel is a return product from www.48×, based in Greece to avoid customs).
6. For products subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty given by the manufacturer applies and www.48× simply executes it as stated by them.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns:

1. During a promotional period or for a discounted product, the return policy does not apply. Sale items are non-refundable.
The only exception is when a sale item has been damaged during the manufacturing process and is under warranty by the manufacturer’s rules and regulations.

1. 48× has a no refund policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer a gift voucher of the same value as the item you purchased for future use once we have received the returned item. In this case all the above return rules apply.

2. If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, we will issue and sent you a new postal gift voucher.
