Always looking for innovative ways to make bikes even better, Factor have used ultra high pressure molds when manufacturing the O2 frames. These molds remove excessive resin from the base material, which not only helps to keep the weight to a minimum, but also ensures a stronger, more efficient carbon frame. It’s an innovative engineering solution that translates directly into performance. This advanced manufacturing method allows us to create a stiff, responsive frame that also is comfortable enough for Paris-Roubaix cobbles and stable enough at high speeds to slice down an alpine descent.
