Richards’ Brother Big Bro MTB touring bike

Richard came into the shop wanting to build an adventure/touring bike with the target to do a few trips inside and outside Greece. Mostly tarmac but also off-road wanting to utilise the upright MTB type of riding position.

This Big Bro, the last in stock with the pr-TA specs was waiting for a project like that. We used a combo of Sram DUB NX/SX with a massive -42 cassette at the back on a 1×12 system.

We also laced wheels with Aivee MTB hubs on H+Son Archetype rims and used 41c tyres for smooth and comfy rolling.

This bike is also waiting the Surly Moloko bars and a Salsa rack system to get going out for good.

Just in time for summer.
